Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect when you visit The Agpians, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it. In short, we collect as little as possible, we do not sell it, and we run no advertising.
1Who we are
The Agpians is an independent financial education platform operated by a small team across India and Australia. If you have any question about this policy, you can reach us through the query form on the main site, or at contact@theagpians.com.
2What we collect
- Security and connection basics. When you visit, we run a short security check to protect the site from abuse and automated traffic. This looks at basic connection and browser details and an approximate region worked out from your connection.
- Information you give us. Anything you type into a form, such as your name, email address, and message when you send a query or feedback.
- Member account details. If you join the Pilot, we hold the email address you sign in with and a simple record of your access, so we can give you the members materials.
- Local settings. Small settings saved on your own device, such as your chosen theme and language, and any progress or notes you keep in the members tools.
- Aggregated usage. Basic, combined figures such as overall visits and activity, which help us understand how the site is used. These do not identify you.
3How we use information
- To verify legitimate access and protect the platform and its visitors.
- To reply to your queries and feedback.
- To provide and improve the site and the members tools.
- To keep the service secure and working as intended.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that affect you, and we do not use it for advertising.
4Do you sell my data
No. We do not sell personal information, and we run no advertising, so there is no one to sell it to.
5Service providers we rely on
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the platform, covering website hosting, sign in and account services, email delivery, and security and anti abuse checks. They process information only to provide their service to us, under their own security and privacy obligations. We share your information with them only as far as is needed to run the service.
6Cookies and local storage
We keep things light. We use small amounts of local storage on your device to remember settings such as your theme and language, to keep you signed in during a session, and to support the security check. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
7Where it is stored and how long
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes in this policy, and then we remove or anonymise it. Security and connection data is kept briefly to protect the platform and then cleared or anonymised. Details you send us, and member account records, are kept while they are needed to help you and to run your membership.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including access controls and secure connections. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we work to keep the risk low and to hold only what we need.
9Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can withdraw a query or request at any time. To do any of this, contact us at contact@theagpians.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under your local privacy laws, and we will honour those that apply to you.
10Children
The site is intended for people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in their region. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

When you follow a link away from this site, the privacy policy of that other site applies. We are not responsible for how other sites handle your information, so please review their policies before sharing anything.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date shown above. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
